महत्वपूर्ण अनुदेश

| 1. ई-प्रवेश पत्र को ध्यानपूर्वक जांचें और यदि कोई विसंगति हो तो उसे तुरन्त ई-मेल आईडी soe23-upsc@gov.in पर यूपीएससी के ध्यान में लाएं। | |||||||||||
| 2. संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के साथ अपने संपूर्ण पत्र व्यवहार में अपना नाम, अनुक्रमांक, रजिस्ट्रेशन आई डी तथा परीक्षा के नाम और वर्ष का उल्लेख करें । | |||||||||||
| 3. परीक्षा हॉल में प्रवेश सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रत्येक सत्र में ई-प्रवेश पत्र का प्रिंटआउट और मूल फोटो पहचान पत्र, जिसका क्रमाँक ई-प्रवेश पत्र पर अंकित है, अवश्य लाएँ। केंद्रीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बल (सहायक कमांडेंट) परीक्षा, 2025 के अंतिम परिणाम की घोषणा तक ई-प्रवेश पत्र को सुरक्षित रखना आवश्यक है। | |||||||||||
| 4. ई-प्रवेश पत्र की सुरक्षा की जिम्मेवारी आपकी है और यदि कोई अन्य व्यक्ति इस ई-प्रवेश पत्र का इस्तेमाल करता है तब यह प्रमाणित करने का दायित्व आपका है कि आपने किसी प्रतिरूपधारक की सेवा नहीं ली है । | |||||||||||
| 5. कृपया नोट करें कि परीक्षा के प्रारंभ होने के 30 मिनट पहले परीक्षा स्थल पर प्रवेश बंद कर दिया जाएगा अर्थात् पूर्वाहन सत्र में 09:30 बजे तथा अपराह्न सत्र में 01:30 बजे प्रवेश बंद होने के पश्चात परीक्षा स्थल पर किसी भी उम्मीदवार को अंदर जाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी । | |||||||||||
| 6. उम्मीदवारों को उनके हित में सलाह दी जाती है कि वे कम से कम एक दिन पहले परीक्षा स्थल देख आएं ताकि वे वहां पहुंचने के मार्ग से परिचित हो सकें और अंतिम समय की हड़बड़ी से बच सकें। उम्मीदवारों को चाहिए कि परीक्षा के दिन होने वाली फ्रिस्किंग को ध्यान में रखते हुए वे समय रहते परीक्षा स्थल पर पहुंच जाएं । | |||||||||||
| 7. उम्मीदवार यह नोट कर लें कि उन्हें ई-प्रवेश पत्र पर उल्लिखित परीक्षा-स्थल के अलावा किसी अन्य परीक्षा-स्थल पर परीक्षा देने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। यदि कोई उम्मीदवार किसी कारणवश किसी अन्य परीक्षा स्थल पर परीक्षा देता है तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी। | |||||||||||
| 8. कृपया परीक्षा नोटिस सं 09/2025-CAPF दिनांक 05.03.2025, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-1-खंड-1 में 05.03.2025 को प्रकाशित परीक्षा के नियम और परीक्षा भवन के बाहर प्रदर्शित “पोस्टर”, जिसमे अनुदेशों का उल्लेख किया गया है, को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें। | |||||||||||
| 9. परीक्षा के लिए आपकी उम्मीदवारी अनंतिम है। आपसे अपेक्षा की जाती है कि आप परीक्षा के दौरान शालीनता बनाए रखेंगे और परीक्षा के सुचारू संचालन के लिए सभी नियमों / अनुदेशो का पूरी तरह पालन करेंगे। | |||||||||||
| 10. परीक्षा भवन परिसर में मोबाइल फोन (स्विच ऑफ मोड में भी नहीं) तथा अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक / अन्य संचार यंत्र अथवा अन्य कोई आपत्तिजनक सामग्री (ई-प्रवेश पत्र, पेपर, रबड आदि में नोट्स बनाना) अपने पास रखना / इनका इस्तेमाल करना या किसी अनुदेश का उल्लंघन करने पर अनुशासनिक कार्यवाही की जा सकती है, जिसमें उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी रद्द करना, उम्मीदवार के विरुद्ध एफआईआर / पुलिस शिकायत दर्ज करना, परीक्षा के अगले सत्र (सत्रों) में प्रवेश पर प्रतिबंध आदि शामिल है।इसके अतिरिक्त, आयोग परीक्षा नियमों में निहित प्रावधानों के अनुसार कोई अन्य उचित कार्रवाई भी कर सकता है। | |||||||||||
| 11.उम्मीदवारों द्वारा परीक्षा कक्ष/भवन के भीतर साधारण अथवा सामान्य कलाई घड़ी ले जाने की अनुमति होगी। तथापि, किसी विशेष सहायक उपकरण से युक्त घड़ियां, जिन्हें संचार उपकरण के तौर पर प्रयोग किया जा सके अथवा स्मार्ट घड़ियों का प्रयोग पूर्णतया वर्जित है और उम्मीदवारों को इस प्रकार की घड़ियां परीक्षा कक्ष/भवन में ले जाने की अनुमति नहीं है। | |||||||||||
| 12. परीक्षा के वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के प्रश्नपत्र में अभ्यर्थी द्वारा गलत उत्तर दिए जाने पर दंड (नकारात्मक अंकन) दिया जाएगा। | |||||||||||
| 13.काले बॉल पॉइंट पेन के अलावा किसी अन्य पेन से अंकित किए गए उत्तरों का मूल्यांकन नहीं किया जाएगा। | |||||||||||
| 14. उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा भवन परिसर में कोई भी मूल्यवान/ कीमती सामान, मोबाइल फोन, स्मार्ट/डिजिटल वॉच अन्य आईटी गैजेट, पुस्तकें, बैग आदि के साथ प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं है। उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वें अपने साथ प्रतिबंधित वस्तुएं न लाएं क्योंकि परीक्षा-स्थल पर्यवेक्षक इन वस्तुओं को रखने का कोई प्रबंध नहीं करेंगे। यदि कोई उम्मीदवार ऐसी प्रतिबंधित वस्तु लाता है, तो वह उस वस्तु को परीक्षा-स्थल के बाहर रखने का प्रबंध स्वयं करेगा और इस संबंध में हुई किसी क्षति के लिए आयोग जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। इसके अतिरिक्त, उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा-स्थल में अपने साथ केवल ई-प्रवेश पत्र, पेन, पेंसिल, पहचान का प्रमाण, स्वयं की फोटो की प्रतियां(जो भी लागू हो) और ई-प्रवेश पत्र के अनुदेशो में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट अन्य वस्तुओं को लाने की अनुमति होगी। परीक्षा-स्थल के भीतर अन्य किसी वस्तु को साथ ले जाने की अनुमति नहीं होगी। | |||||||||||
| 15. उम्मीदवार जिनकी फोटो ई प्रवेश पत्र पर स्पष्ट नहीं है उन्हें परिवचन देकर परीक्षा में शामिल होने के लिए अपने साथ एक फोटो पहचान प्रमाण पत्र एवं दो पासपोर्ट साइज़ फोटोग्राफ एक - एक दोनों सत्रों के लिये लाने होंगे । | |||||||||||
| 16. उम्मीदवार नोट करें कि ओ एम आर उत्तर पत्रक में, विशेषकर अनुक्रमांक और परीक्षण पुस्तिका की सीरीज़ कोड के संबंध में विवरण कूटबद्ध करते समय हुई किसी प्रकार की चूक/ भूल/ विसंगति के मामले में उत्तर पत्रक अस्वीकृत कर दिया जाएगा। | |||||||||||
| 17. यदि आपने उचित विधि प्रक्रिया अपनाकर अपने नाम में परिवर्तन किया है, तो आपको अपने साथ ई-प्रवेश पत्र, सरकार द्वारा जारी फोटो पहचान-पत्र और/या परिवर्तित नाम की मूल राजपत्रित अधिसूचना लानी होगी ( केंद्रीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बल (सहायक कमांडेंट) परीक्षा, 2025 के प्रत्येक सत्र में)। इसके अतिरिक्त आपको परीक्षा के दौरान एक परिवचन भी प्रस्तुत करना होगा। | |||||||||||
| 18. अभ्यर्थी कृपया ध्यान दें कि वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के पेपर (पेपर-I) के लिए ओएमआर शीट में सभी प्रविष्टियां तथा पेपर-I और पेपर-II दोनों के लिए स्कैन करने योग्य उपस्थिति सूची (एसएएल) में प्रविष्टियां केवल काले बॉल प्वाइंट पेन से भरी जानी चाहिए। | |||||||||||
| 19. पेपर-II में निबंध लेखन का माध्यम वही होना चाहिए जो अभ्यर्थी द्वारा चुना गया हो तथा आयोग द्वारा अनुमत हो। | |||||||||||
| 20. सटीक लेखन, बोध घटक और अन्य संचार/भाषा कौशल का माध्यम केवल अंग्रेजी होगा। | |||||||||||
| 21.उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा हॉल/कक्ष में केवल पारदर्शी शीशी में ही पानी लाने की अनुमति है। परीक्षा हॉल/कक्ष में कोई अन्य पेय(कोल्ड-ड्रिंक सहित)या खाद्य पदार्थ लाने की भी मनाही है। | |||||||||||
| 22. जो उम्मीदवार अपना ई-प्रवेश पत्र आवंटित परीक्षा स्थल पर जांच हेतु प्रस्तुत नहीं करेगा, उसे परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। | |||||||||||
| 23. अभ्यर्थी कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि उनके ई-प्रवेश पत्र पर दिए गए सभी विवरण जैसे नाम, फोटोग्राफ और क्यूआर कोड सही हैं। किसी भी विसंगति की स्थिति में, वे इस संबंध में यूपीएससी से संपर्क कर सकते हैं। | |||||||||||
| 24. उम्मीदवारों को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि परीक्षा प्रक्रिया के प्रत्येक चरण, यानी लिखित और साक्षात्कार/व्यक्तित्व परीक्षण के समय, उनका रूप-रंग उनकी तस्वीर से मेल खाता हो। उदाहरण के लिए, यदि कोई उम्मीदवार दाढ़ी वाली तस्वीर अपलोड करता है, तो उसे लिखित और साक्षात्कार/व्यक्तित्व परीक्षण में उसी रूप-रंग में उपस्थित होना होगा। चश्मा, मूंछें आदि के मामले में भी यही बात लागू होगी। | |||||||||||

Important Instructions
|
| 1. Check the e-Admit Card carefully and bring discrepancies, if any, to the notice of the UPSC immediately via mail on e-mail id soe23-upsc@gov.in. |
| 2. Mention your Name, Roll Number,Registration ID and Name & Year of the Examination in all the correspondence with UPSC. |
| 3. Bring the print out of the e-Admit Card along with the original Photo Identity Card, whose number is mentioned in the e-Admit Card, in each session to secure admission to Examination Hall. E-Admit Card must be preserved till the declaration of the final result of the Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination, 2025. |
| 4. You are responsible for safe custody of the e-Admit Card and in the event of any other person using this e-Admit Card , the onus lies on you to prove that you have not used the service of any impersonator. |
| 5. Please note that entry into the Examination Venue shall be closed 30 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the Examination i.e. 9:30 AM for the Forenoon Session and 01:30 PM for the Afternoon Session. No candidate shall be allowed to enter into the Examination Venue after closure of the entry. |
| 6. Candidates are advised to visit their Examination Venue at least one day in advance and familiarize themselves with the itinerary to avoid the last minute hassle in their own interest. They should reach the Examination Venue on the day of Examination well in time for frisking. |
| 7. Candidates should note that they shall not be allowed to appear at any other Venue except the Venue mentioned in the e-Admit Card. If a candidate appears at any other venue due to any reason, his candidature shall liable to be cancelled. |
| 8. Please read carefully the Examination Notice No. 09/2025-CAPF dated 05th March, 2025, Rules for the Examination published in The Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I Section-I on 05th March, 2025 and “Poster” containing instructions displayed outside the Examination Hall. |
| 9. Your candidature to the examination is provisional. You are expected to maintain decorum and strictly comply with all rules / instructions for smooth conduct of the examination at all times. |
| 10. Possession / use of Mobile Phones (even in switch off mode) and other Electronics / Communication devices or any other incriminating material (notes on e-Admit Cards, papers, erasers etc.) or violation of any Instruction shall entail disciplinary action which may include cancellation of candidature of candidate, filing of FIR/Police complaint against the candidate or prohibition from appearing in subsequent Session(s) of the examination. In addition, the Commission may take any other appropriate action as per provisions contained in the Examination Rules. |
| 11. Use of normal or simple wrist watches by candidates is allowed inside the Examination Rooms/ Halls. However, use of watches fitted with any special accessory that might be used as communication device or smart watches is strictly prohibited and candidates are not allowed to take such watches into the Examination Rooms/ Halls. |
| 12.There will be penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the objective type paper of the Examination. |
| 13. Answers other than those made by Black Ball Point Pen would not be evaluated. |
| 14. Candidates are not allowed to enter the examination premises with any valuables/costly items, mobile phones, smart/digital watches, other IT gadgets, books, bags etc. Candidates are advised not to bring banned items as Venue Supervisors will not make any arrangement for keeping these items at the Venue. In case, a Candidate brings any such banned items, he/she will make his/her own arrangement for keeping the same outside the Venue and the Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard. Further, the candidates will be allowed to take with them only e-Admit Card, pen, pencil, identity proof, copies of self-photographs (whichever applicable) and any other items as specified in the Instructions of the e-Admit Card to the Venue. No other items shall be allowed to be taken inside the Venue. |
| 15. Candidates who do not have clear photographs on the e-admit card will have to bring one photo identity card and two passport-size photographs (one for each session) required to be pasted on the undertaking provided at the examination venue. |
| 16. Candidates should note that any omission/ mistake/ discrepancy in encoding / filling in details in the OMR answer sheet, especially with regard to Roll Number and Test Booklet Series Code, will render the answer sheet liable for rejection. |
| 17. If you have changed your name by following the legal process, please carry (in each session of the CAPF Exam, 2025) a Government issued photo Identity card and/or original Gazette notification of the changed name. Further, you would also be required to submit an undertaking at the time of the examination. |
| 18. Candidates may note that all the entries in the OMR Sheet for Objective Type Paper (Paper-I) and entries in the Scannable Attendance List(SAL) for both Paper-I and Paper-II should be filled up by Black Ball Point Pen only. |
| 19. In the Paper-II, the medium of Essay writing should be same as opted by the candidate and allowed by the Commission. |
| 20. The medium of Precise writing, Comprehension components and other communication/language skills will be English only. |
| 21. Candidates are allowed only to carry water in the transparent bottles inside the Examination Hall/Room. Any other beverages (including cold drinks) or any eatable items are strictly prohibited inside the Examination Hall/Room. |
| 22. Candidate who does not produce his/her e-Admit card for checking in at the alloted venue, shall not be allowed to enter the examination venue. |
| 23.Candidates may please ensure that all the details such as Name, Photograph & the QR Code on their e-Admit Card, are correct. In case of any discrepancy (ies), they may contact the UPSC in this regard. |
| 24. The candidates must ensure that their appearance must match their photograph at each stage of the Examination process i.e. at the time of Written and Interview/Personality Test. For instance, if a candidate uploads a bearded photograph, he must appear with the same look in the Written and Interview/Personality Test. Same would be the case with spectacles, moustaches etc. |
