भारतीय वन सेवा (प्रधान) परीक्षा, 2025 ई - प्रवेश पत्र महत्वपूर्ण अनुदेश

1. परीक्षा के लिए आपकी उम्मीदवारी अनंतिम है। आपसे अपेक्षा की जाती है कि आप परीक्षा के दौरान शालीनता बनाए रखेंगे और परीक्षा के सुचारू संचालन के लिए सभी नियमों / अनुदेशों का पूरी तरह पालन करेंगे।

2. कृपया दिनांक 22.01.2025 के परीक्षा नोटिस सं. 06/2025-भा.व.से., भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण,भाग-1-खंड-1 में प्रकाशित परीक्षा नियमावली, विस्तृत आवेदन प्रपत्र-1 के साथ दिए गए भारतीय वन सेवा (प्रधान) परीक्षा, 2025 के उम्मीदवारों के लिए अनुदेश और परीक्षा भवन के बाहर प्रदर्शित “पोस्टर”, जिसमें अनुदेशों का उल्लेख किया गया है, को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें।

3. ई-प्रवेश पत्र की सावधानीपूर्वक जांच करें तथा कोई विसंगति होने पर तत्काल ई-मेल आईडी soexam9-upsc@nic.in के माध्यम से संघ लोक सेवा आयोग को सूचित करें।

4. परीक्षा भवन में प्रवेश पाने के लिए इस ई-प्रवेश पत्र (प्रिंटआउट) के साथ फोटो पहचान पत्र (मूल), जिसका क्रमांक ई-प्रवेश पत्र पर अंकित हो, प्रत्येक सत्र में साथ लाएं। उम्मीदवार अपना ई-प्रवेश पत्र सुरक्षित रखें।

5. जो उम्मीदवार, अपना ई-प्रवेश पत्र आबंटित परीक्षा स्थल पर जांच हेतु प्रस्तुत नहीं करेगा, उसे परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

6. उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे पहचान के सत्यापन तथा फ्रिस्किंग हेतु, परीक्षा-स्थल पर पर्याप्त समय पहले पहुंचें।

7. उम्मीदवारों को यह ध्यान में रखना चाहिए कि उन्हें उनके ई-प्रवेश पत्र में उल्लिखित परीक्षा-स्थल के अलावा किसी अन्य परीक्षा-स्थल पर परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

8. ई-प्रवेश पत्र को सुरक्षित रखने की जिम्मेदारी आपकी है और यदि कोई अन्य व्यक्ति इस ई-प्रवेश पत्र का इस्तेमाल करता है, तो यह प्रमाणित करना आपका दायित्व होगा कि आपने किसी प्रतिरूपधारक (कों) की सेवा नहीं ली है।

9. उम्मीदवारों को किसी भी बैग, बैगेज, लगेज, कीमती सामान/महंगा सामान, मोबाइल फोन, स्मार्ट/डिजिटल घड़ियों, अन्य आईटी गैजेट, किताबों आदि के साथ परीक्षा परिसर में प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं है। उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे प्रतिबंधित सामान न लाएं क्योंकि परीक्षा-स्थल पर्यवेक्षक इन वस्तुओं को परीक्षा-स्थल पर रखने का कोई प्रबंध नहीं करेंगे। यदि कोई उम्मीदवार ऐसी कोई प्रतिबंधित वस्तु लाता है, तो वह उसे परीक्षा-स्थल के बाहर रखने की अपनी व्यवस्था स्वयं करनी होगी और इस संबंध में किसी भी हानि के लिए आयोग जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। उम्मीदवारों को अपने साथ केवल ई-प्रवेश पत्र का प्रिंट, पेन, पेंसिल, पहचान प्रमाण, स्वयं की फोटो की प्रतियां (जो भी लागू हो) और ई-प्रवेश पत्र के निर्देशों में निर्दिष्ट कोई अन्य सामान ही परीक्षा स्थल पर ले जाने की अनुमति होगी। परीक्षा-स्थल के अंदर कोई अन्य सामान ले जाने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।

10. उम्मीदवारों द्वारा परीक्षा कक्ष/भवन के भीतर साधारण अथवा सामान्य कलाई घड़ी ले जाने की अनुमति होगी। तथापि, किसी विशेष सहायक उपकरण से युक्त घड़ियां, जिन्हें संचार उपकरण के तौर पर प्रयोग किया जा सके अथवा स्मार्ट घड़ियों का प्रयोग पूर्णतया वर्जित है और उम्मीदवारों को इस प्रकार की घड़ियां परीक्षा कक्ष/भवन में ले जाने की अनुमति नहीं है।

11. परीक्षा-स्थल पर उम्मीदवारों का प्रवेश, परीक्षा (प्रत्येक सत्र में) प्रारंभ होने के निर्धारित समय से 30 मिनट पहले बंद कर दिया जाएगा। किसी भी उम्मीदवार को परीक्षा-स्थल में प्रवेश बन्द होने के पश्चात् प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं होगी।

12. यदि आप आयोग द्वारा आपके ई-प्रवेश पत्र में उल्लिखित केन्द्र / उप केन्द्र या वैकल्पिक विषय को छोड़कर किसी अन्य केन्द्र / उप केन्द्र पर अथवा किसी अन्य वैकल्पिक विषय की परीक्षा देते हैं, तो आपकी उत्तर-पुस्तिकाओं का मूल्यांकन नहीं किया जाएगा और आपकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द की जा सकती है।

13. परीक्षा भवन परिसर में मोबाइल फोन तथा अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक/अन्य संचार यंत्र अथवा अन्य कोई आपत्तिजनक सामग्री (ई-प्रवेश पत्र, पेपर, रबड़ आदि में नोट्स बनाना) अपने पास रखने (स्विच ऑफ मोड में भी नहीं)/इनका इस्तेमाल करने या किसी अनुदेश का उल्लंघन करने पर अनुशासनिक कार्रवाई की जा सकती है, जिसमें उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी रदद् करना, उम्मीदवार के विरुद्ध एफआईआर/पुलिस शिकायत दर्ज करना, परीक्षा के अगले सत्र (सत्रों) / दिन (दिनों) प्रवेश पर प्रतिबंध आदि शामिल है।

14. जिन उम्मीदवारों के ई-प्रवेश पत्र पर फोटो स्पष्ट नहीं है, उन्हें परीक्षा में बैठने के लिए पासपोर्ट आकार की फोटो, प्रत्येक सत्र के लिए एक-एक,परिवचन के साथ लानी होगी।

15. साइंटिफिक (नॉन-प्रोग्रामेबल प्रकार के) कैलकुलेटरों के इस्तेमाल की अनुमति होगी और आवश्यकता होने पर उम्मीदवार इन्हें अपने साथ ला सकते हैं। तथापि, इस परीक्षा में प्रोग्रामेबल प्रकार के कैलकुलेटरों के इस्तेमाल की अनुमति नहीं होगी।

16. उम्मीदवार यह अवश्य नोट करें कि प्रश्न-सह-उत्तर (क्यूसीए) पुस्तिका में प्रश्नों के सभी भागों तथा उप भागों के उत्तर, अनिवार्यतः प्रश्न-सह-उत्तर (क्यूसीए) पुस्तिका के प्रत्येक प्रश्न / भाग के नीचे दिए गए स्थान में ही लिखें। क्यूसीए पुस्तिका में उम्मीदवारों के लिए दिए गए अनुदेशों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें। क्यूसीए में दिए गए इन अनुदेशों का किसी भी प्रकार से उल्लंघन किए जाने पर, उम्मीदवार के प्राप्तांकों में कटौती तथा अनुशासनिक कार्रवाई के रूप में दंड दिया जा सकता है, जिसमें परीक्षा नियमों के अनुसार भावी परीक्षाओं से विवर्जन भी शामिल है।

17. उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि अपनी क्यूसीए पुस्तिकाएं निरीक्षक को सौंपने से पहले वे यह सुनिश्चित कर लें कि खाली स्थानों / पृष्ठों को स्पष्ट रूप से काट (क्रॉस आउट) दिया गया है।

18. उम्मीदवारों से अपेक्षित है कि प्रत्येक सत्र में परीक्षा कक्ष / हॉल छोड़ने से पूर्व अपनी क्यूसीए पुस्तिका के अंत में दिए गए‘ अलग किए जाने योग्य’ (डिटैचेबल फॉर्म) प्रश्न-पत्र को अलग करने के बाद अपनी क्यूसीए पुस्तिका निरीक्षक को सौंपें।

19. उम्मीदवारों को रफ कार्य करने के लिए क्यूसीए पुस्तिका में निर्दिष्ट स्थान पर उपलब्ध निश्चित जगह का उपयोग करना चाहिए। रफ कार्य करने के लिए प्रवेश-पत्र की प्रति या किसी अन्य स्थान / शीट आदि का इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।

20. संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के साथ अपने सभी पत्र व्यवहार में अपना नाम, अनुक्रमांक, रजिस्ट्रेशन आईडी तथा परीक्षा के नाम और वर्ष का उल्लेख करें।

21. किसी भी अनुदेश(शों) का उल्लंघन किए जाने पर उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी रद्द की जा सकती है और साथ ही आयोग द्वारा परीक्षा के नियमों के अनुसार उम्मीदवार के विरूद्ध अन्य उपयुक्त कार्रवाई भी की जा सकती है।

22. उम्मीदवारों को यह भी सलाह दी जाती है कि उपस्थिति सूची में प्रविष्टियां करने के लिए परीक्षा भवन/कक्ष में काला बॉल प्वाइंट पेन साथ ले कर आएं।

23. उम्मीदवार, कृपया यह सुनिश्चित कर लें कि उनके ई-प्रवेश पत्र के सभी विवरण जैसे नाम, फोटोग्राफ एवं क्यूआर कोड सही हैं। किसी भी विसंगति (यों) के मामले में, वे इस संबंध में संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।

24. जिन उम्मीदवारों ने अपने स्वयं के स्क्राइब (लेखक सहायक) का विकल्प चुना है, वे यह नोट करें कि उनके स्क्राइब को परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति तभी दी जाएगी जब ऐसे स्क्राइब के लिए अलग से ई-प्रवेश पत्र जारी किया जाएगा। स्वयं के स्क्राइब (लेखक सहायक) के लिए, पात्र उम्मीदवारों का ई-प्रवेश पत्र जारी कर दिए गए हैं।

25.उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा हॉल/कक्ष में केवल पारदर्शी शीशी में ही पानी लाने की अनुमति है। परीक्षा हॉल/कक्ष में कोई अन्य पेय (कोल्ड-ड्रिंक सहित) या खाद्य पदार्थ लाने की भी मनाही है।

26. सभी उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे परीक्षा से कम से कम एक दिन पहले अपने परीक्षा केंद्र पर जाकर इसकी पुष्टि कर लें।

Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination, 2025 e-Admit Card Important Instructions

1. Your candidature to the examination is provisional. You are expected to maintain decorum and strictly comply with all rules / instructions for smooth conduct of the examination at all times.

2. Please read carefully the Examination Notice No. 06/2025-IFoS dated 22.01.2025, Rules for the Examination published in The Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I – Section 1 on 22.01.2025, Instructions for Candidates in Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination, 2025 provided with the Detailed Application Form-I and “Poster” containing instructions displayed outside the Examination Hall.

3.Check the e-Admit Card carefully and bring discrepancy (ies), if any, to the notice of the UPSC immediately by sending mail to soexam9-upsc@nic.in.

4. Bring this e-Admit Card (print out), along with the (original) Photo Identity Card, whose number is mentioned in the e-Admit Card, in each Session to secure admission to Examination Hall. E-Admit Card must be preserved by the candidate.

5. Candidate, who does not produce his/her e-Admit Card for checking at the allotted venue, shall not be allowed to take the examination.

6. Candidates are advised to enter the Examination Venue well in time for identity verification and frisking.

7. Candidates should note that they shall not be allowed to appear at any other Examination Venue except the Examination Venue mentioned in the e-Admit Card.

8. You are responsible for safe custody of the e-Admit Card and in the event of any other person using this e-Admit Card, the onus lies on you to prove that you have not used the services of any impersonator(s).

9. Candidates are not allowed to enter the examination premises with any bag, baggage, luggage, valuables/costly items, mobile phones, smart/digital watches, other IT gadgets, books, etc. Candidates are advised not to bring banned items as Venue Supervisor will not make any arrangement for keeping these items at the Venue. In case, a candidate brings any such banned items, he/she will make his/her own arrangement for keeping the same outside the Venue and the Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard. Further, Candidates will be allowed to take with them only the print of e-Admit Card, pen, pencil, identity proof, copies of self-photographs (whichever applicable) and any other items as specified in the Instructions of e-Admit Card to the Venue. No other items shall be allowed to be taken inside the Venue.

10. Use of normal or simple wrist watches by candidates is allowed inside the Examination Rooms/ Halls. However, use of watches fitted with any special accessory that might be used as communication device or smart watches is strictly prohibited and candidates are not allowed to take such watches into the Examination Rooms/ Halls.

11. The entry of the Candidates in the Venue shall be closed 30 minutes prior to commencement of the examination (each Session). No candidates shall be allowed entry into the Examination Venue after closure of entry.

12. If you appear at a Centre / Sub-Centre or in an optional subject, other than the one indicated by the Commission in your e-Admit Card, your answer scripts shall not be evaluated and your candidature shall be liable to be cancelled.

13. Possession (even in switch off mode) / use of Mobile Phones and other Electronics / Communication devices or any other incriminating material (notes on e-Admit Cards, papers, erasers etc.) or violation of any Instruction shall entail disciplinary action which may include cancellation of candidature of candidate, filing of FIR/police complaint against the candidate, prohibition from appearing in subsequent Session(s)/day(s) of the examination. In addition, the Commission may take any other appropriate action as per provisions contained in the Examination Rules.

14. Candidates who do not have clear photographs on the e-admit card will have to bring one photo identity card and two passport-size photographs (one for each session) required to be pasted on the undertaking provided at the examination venue.

15. Use of Scientific (Non-Programmable type) Calculators is allowed and if considered necessary, may be brought by Candidates. Programmable type Calculators are, however, not allowed in this examination.

16. Candidates must note that they should strictly answer all parts and sub-parts of a question in the Question Cum Answer (QCA) Booklet in the space provided under each question / part in the QCA Booklet. Read the Instructions for Candidates printed on the QCA Booklet carefully. Any infringement of the instructions in the QCA Booklet might entail penalty in the form of deduction of marks scored by the Candidate and disciplinary action including debarment from future examinations under the Examination Rules.

17. Candidates are advised to ensure that spaces / pages remaining blank are clearly crossed out before the QCA Booklets are handed over to the Invigilator.

18. Candidates for each Session are required to hand over their QCA Booklet to the Invigilator after detaching Question Paper available in detachable form at the end of the QCA Booklet, before leaving the Examination Room/Hall.

19. Candidates are required to use the specific space, available at designated place in QCA Booklet, for rough work. Copy of the Admit Card or any other space/sheet etc. should not be used for rough work.

20. Mention your Name, Roll Number, Registration ID and Name & Year of the Examination in all the correspondence with the Commission.

21. Violation of any instruction(s) shall entail cancellation of candidature of the candidate in addition to any other appropriate action that may be taken by the Commission against the candidate under the rules of the examination.

22. Candidates are also advised to bring black ballpoint pen to the Examination Hall/Room for making entries in the Attendance List.

23. Candidates may please ensure that all the details such as Name, Photograph & the QR Code on their e-Admit Card, are correct. In case of any discrepancy(ies), they may contact UPSC in this regard.

24. Candidates, who have opted for their own scribe, may note that their own scribe will be allowed for the Examination only with a separate e-Admit Card for such scribe/an authority letter issued by the Commission. The e-Admit Cards for the own scribes has been issued in eligible cases.

25. Candidates are allowed only to carry water in the transparent bottles inside the Examination Hall/Room. Any other beverages (including cold drinks) or any eatable items are strictly prohibited inside the Examination Hall/Room

26. All the candidates are advised that they should visit and confirm their exam centre at least one day prior to the exam.
