Post Description

Pay Scale   Level-10 (Rs. 56100-177500) in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC
Age   Not exceeding 35 years as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 40 years for Scheduled caste candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servant upto Five years as per instructions/ orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. Essential Qualification (s)   A. EDUCATIONAL-
Bachelors degree in Computer Science engineering or Information Technology discipline from a recognised university or institute
B. EXPERIENCE-
At least three years Research Experience in Computer Science / Information Technology in Research & Development aspects related to Water Resource / Coastal Engineering projects.

Desirable Qualification (s)  
Duty(ies)   Work related to maintenance of all electronic equipments, hardware, software, intra-organization connectivity, power back-up, system back-up, update data recording of CWPRS manual, service record, communication with service provider, all other work as per the GOI mandate related to digitization along with cyber security.
Probation   One year
Headquarters   Khadakwasla, Pune, with All India Service Liability
Other Details   General Central Service, Group – ‘A’, Gazetted, Non-Ministerial. This post is permanent.
Any Other Conditions   OL- One leg affected (R or L) (Ataxic) & OA- One arm affected (R or L) (Ataxic) in the PwBD category of Locomotor Disability including Cerebral Palsy, Leprosy Cured, Dwarfism, Acid Attack Victims Muscular Dystrophy, Spinal Deformity and Spinal Injury without any associated neurological/ limb dysfunction has not been considered suitable for the post.
