| Pay Scale | Level 7 of the pay matrix (Rs. 44900-142400) as per 7th CPC |
| Age | Not exceeding 30 years as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 33 years for Other Backward Class as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Not exceeding 35 years for Scheduled Caste as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servant upto Five years as per instructions/ orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. | Essential Qualification (s) |
A. EDUCATIONAL- A degree in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Tele-communication Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognised University or institute. B. EXPERIENCE- Two years experience in operation and maintenance of various wireless equipment from any recognised institute or government office or public sector undertaking or statutory or autonomous organization. Note1-The qualification is relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified Note2- The qualification regarding experience is/are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes if at any stage of selection the UPSC is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from this community possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them. |
