Post Description

Pay Scale	Level-11(66,700-2,08,700/-) of 7th Pay Matrix.
Age	Not exceeding 40 years as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 43 years for Other Backward Classes candidates as on normal closing date in respect of vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government servants upto five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. Essential Qualification (s)	A. Educational- Master Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Industrial Hygiene or Bachelor Degree in Biochemical Engineering from a recognised University. Note- Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified. B. Experience- Five years experience in Industrial Hygiene in chemical analysis of samples in a research institution.
Desirable Qualification (s)	Doctorate Degree relevant to essential qualifications mentioned above from a recognised University.
Duty(ies)	i. Conducting small independent studies in the field of Industrial Hygiene and helping in major project work. ii. Assisting in the conducting training programs. iii. Collection of review material pertaining to the activities of the Division. iv. Assisting in the compilation of reports and returns.
Probation	01 year Note- There shall be a mandatory induction training of at least two weeks duration for successful completion of probation as prescribed by the Central Government.
