Post Description
| Pay Scale | Level-10 of the 7th CPC pay matrix (Rs. 56,100-1,77,500/-). |
| Age | Not exceeding 35 years as on normal closing date. Note- Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servants upto five years as per instructions/ orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. | Essential Qualification (s) |
A. EDUCATIONAL- (i) Recognised MBBS degree as per the first or second schedule of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Completion of one year compulsory rotatory internship. B. EXPERIENCE- (iii) Doctors with minimum six months experience as Resident in Nephrology or Dialysis in any Medical Council of India recognized (MCI) hospital in Department of Nephrology or Diplomate National Board (DNB) recognized hospital in Nephrology by National Board of Examination (NBE). Note- The Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the U.P.S.C, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified. |

| Duty(ies) |
1. Selection of the patient for Haemodialysis under the supervision of Nephrology Consultant. 2. Responsible for all OPD patients planned for Haemodialysis from admission till discharge of patient. 3. Check viral marker, other reports and see for indication of Haemodialysis of ward patients. 4. Manage complications during Haemodialysis. 5. Take clinical decision for Haemodialysis patients such as Ultrafilteration, duration of Haemodialysis and anticoagulation. 6. Maintain Haemodialysis data. 7. Will assist SR to put vascular access to all OPD and ward patients. 8. Follow all the instructions given by SR/Consultant during rounds. 9. To perform all aspects of the dialysis procedure as per prescriptions and assist SR and Consultants whenever required. 10. To participate in continuous quality improvement activities. 11. To manage dialysis/Dialysis Unit at bedside. 12. Basic evaluation of patients, recording patient’s data follows infection Control & Safety guidelines. 13. Any other duties that may be assigned to them from time to time. |
