| Pay Scale | Pay Level-07 in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 44900-142400) |
| Age | Not exceeding 30 years as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 35 years for SC candidates and 33 years for OBC candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Note- Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/ UT Government Servant upto five years as per instructions/order issued by Govt. of India from time to time. | Essential Qualification (s) |
Degree in Computer Engineering from any recognized University Plus one year experience in the relevant field from a recognized organization. Or Master’s Degree in Computer Science from any recognized University. Or Associate Member of Institute of Engineers (AMIE), Plus one year experience in the relevant field from a recognized organization. (Only those students who were enrolled with Institutions with permanent recognition up to 31.05.2013 would be eligible.) Note (i) The term recognized organization for 01 year essential experience in the relevant field shall include offices of the Central Government, State Government, Union Territories, Public Sector Undertakings, Semi Government, Statutory, Autonomous Organization and Companies registered under the Company Act, 2013. (ii) The qualification are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. (iii) The qualifications regarding experience are relaxable at the discretion of the Competent Authority, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes, if at any stage of selection, the Competent Authority is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from this community possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the posts reserved for them. |
