महत्वपूर्ण अनुदेश

1. ई-प्रवेश पत्र की सावधानीपूर्वक जांच करें तथा कोई विसंगति होने परतत्कालसंघ लोक सेवा आयोग को सूचित करें।
2. संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के साथ समस्त संचार/पत्र व्‍यवहार में अपने नाम, अनुक्रमांक, रजिस्‍ट्रेशन आईडी तथा भर्ती परीक्षण के नाम और वर्ष का उल्‍लेख करें।
3. भर्ती परीक्षण केन्द्र में प्रवेश हेतु उम्मीदवार इस ई-प्रवेश पत्र का प्रिंट आउट तथा वह मूल फोटो पहचान-पत्र साथ लाएं जिसका उल्लेख ई-प्रवेश पत्र मेंकिया गया है। भर्ती परीक्षण के परिणाम की घोषणा होने तक ई-प्रवेश पत्र को सुरक्षित रखें।
4. ई-प्रवेश पत्र की सुरक्षा की जिम्‍मेवारी आपकी है और यदि कोई अन्‍य व्‍यक्‍ति इस ई-प्रवेश पत्र का इस्‍तेमाल करता है तब यह प्रमाणित करने का दायित्‍व आपका है कि आपने किसी प्रतिरूपधारक की सेवा नहीं ली है।
5. उम्‍मीदवार नोट करें कि ओएमआर उत्‍तर पत्रक में, विशेष रूप से अनुक्रमांक और परीक्षण पुस्‍तिका की सीरिज कोड के संबंध में विवरण कूटबद्ध करते/भरते समय हुई किसी प्रकार की चूक/त्रुटि/विसंगति के मामले में उत्‍तर पत्रक अस्‍वीकृत कर दिया जाएगा।
6. कृपया यह नोट कर लिया जाए कि भर्ती परीक्षण स्थल पर प्रवेश, भर्ती परीक्षण प्रारंभ होने के निर्धारित समय से 30 मिनट पहले, अर्थात 09:00 AM बजे बंद कर दिया जाएगा। प्रवेश बंद होने के बाद किसी भी उम्मीदवार को भर्ती परीक्षण स्थल पर प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
7. उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे चेहरे के प्रमाणीकरण / पहचान के सत्यापन तथा फ्रिस्किंग हेतु,भर्ती परीक्षण स्थल पर पर्याप्त समय पहले पहुंचें।
8. उम्मीदवारों को यह ध्यान में रखना चाहिए कि उन्हें उनके ई-प्रवेश पत्र में उल्लिखित भर्ती परीक्षण स्थल के अलावा किसी अन्य भर्ती परीक्षण स्थल पर परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
9. कृपया संघ लोक सेवा आयोग की वेबसाइट: www.upsc.gov.in के भर्ती पृष्ठ पर उपलब्ध ‘समय सारणी तथा उम्मीदवारों के लिए अनुदेश’, को पढ़ें।
10. भर्ती परीक्षण के लिए आपका प्रवेश पूर्णतया अनंतिम है। आपसे अपेक्षा की जाती है कि आप भर्ती परीक्षण के दौरान शालीनता बनाए रखेंगे और भर्ती परीक्षण के सुचारू संचालन के लिए सभी नियमों / अनुदेशों का पूरी तरह पालन करेंगे।
11. उम्मीदवार के पास भर्ती परीक्षण के समय मोबाइल फोन (यहां तक कि स्विच ऑफ मोड में भी), पेजर या अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण अथवा प्रोग्राम किए जाने योग्य डिवाइस अथवा पेन ड्राइव, स्मार्ट वॉच आदि जैसा कोई स्टोरेज मीडिया, अथवा चालू या स्विच-ऑफ मोड में कैमरा अथवा ब्लूटूथ उपकरण अथवा कोई अन्य उपकरण अथवा संबंधित एक्सेसरीज नहीं होना चाहिए, जिनका संचार उपकरण के रूप में प्रयोग किया जा सकता है। इन अनुदेशों का किसी भी प्रकार से उल्‍लंघन किए जाने पर संबंधित उम्‍मीदवार के विरुद्ध अनुशासनिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी, जिसमें भविष्‍य की परीक्षाओं से विवर्जन भी शामिल है।
12. उम्मीदवारों को किसी भी बैग, बैगेज, लगेज, कीमती सामान/महंगा सामान, मोबाइल फोन, स्मार्ट/डिजिटल घड़ियों, अन्य आईटी गैजेट, किताबों आदि के साथ भर्ती परीक्षण परिसर में प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं है। उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे प्रतिबंधित सामान न लाएं क्योंकि स्थल पर्यवेक्षक इन वस्तुओं को भर्ती परीक्षण स्थल पर रखने का कोई प्रबंध नहीं करेंगे। यदि कोई उम्मीदवार ऐसी कोई प्रतिबंधित वस्तु लाता है, तो वह उसे परीक्षण स्थल के बाहर रखने की अपनी व्यवस्था स्वयं करेगा और इस संबंध में किसी भी हानि के लिए आयोग जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
13. उम्मीदवारों को अपने साथ केवल ई-प्रवेश पत्र का प्रिंट, पेन, पेंसिल, पहचान का प्रमाण, स्वयं की फोटो की प्रतियां (जो भी लागू हो) और ई-प्रवेश पत्र के निर्देशों में निर्दिष्ट कोई अन्य सामान भर्ती परीक्षण स्थल पर ले जाने की अनुमति होगी। भर्ती परीक्षण स्थल के अंदर कोई अन्य सामान ले जाने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
14. उम्मीदवारों द्वारा भर्ती परीक्षण में गलत उत्तर अंकित किए जाने पर दण्ड (ऋणात्मक अंकन) दिया जाएगा।
15. काले बॉल प्वाइन्ट पेन से अंकित उत्तरों के अलावा अन्य उत्तरों का मूल्यांकन नहीं किया जाएगा।
16. जिस उम्मीदवार के ई-प्रवेश पत्र पर फोटो स्पष्ट नहीं है, उसे भर्ती परीक्षण में उपस्थित होने के लिए पासपोर्ट आकार की दो फोटो के साथ एक फोटो पहचान पत्र तथा एक परिवचन लेकर आना होगा।
17. जिन उम्मीदवारों ने अपने स्वयं के स्क्राइब का विकल्प चुना है, वे यह नोट करें कि उनके स्क्राइब को परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति तभी दी जाएगी जब ऐसे स्क्राइब के लिए अलग से ई-प्रवेश पत्र जारी किया जाएगा। पात्र मामलों में स्वयं के स्क्राइब के लिए ई-प्रवेश पत्र जारी कर दिए गए हैं।
18. सभी उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे परीक्षा से कम से कम एक दिन पहले अपने परीक्षा केंद्र पर जाकर इसकी पुष्टि कर लें।
19. अभ्यर्थी भर्ती परीक्षा केंद्र पर पहले पहुंच सकते हैं, क्योंकि परीक्षा केंद्र पर ही चेहरे से पहचान की जा सकती है।
20. जो उम्मीदवार, अपना ई-प्रवेश पत्र आबंटित भर्ती परीक्षण-स्थल पर जांच हेतु प्रस्तुत नहीं करेगा, उसे भर्ती परीक्षण-स्थल में प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
21. उम्मीदवारों को भर्ती परीक्षण हॉल/कक्ष में पारदर्शी बोतल में केवल पानी लाने की अनुमति है। भर्ती परीक्षण हॉल/कक्ष के भीतर कोई अन्य पेय-पदार्थ (कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स सहित) या कोई अन्य खाद्य वस्तुएं लाने की सख्त मनाही है।
Important Instructions
हिंदी में पढ़ें
1. Check the e-Admit Card carefully and bring discrepancies, if any, to the notice of the UPSC immediately.
2. Mention your Name, Roll Number, Registration ID, Name and Year of the Recruitment Test in all the communication/correspondence with the UPSC.
3. Bring the print out of e-Admit Card along with the original Photo Identity Card, as mentioned in the e-Admit Card, to secure admission to Recruitment Test Centre. E-Admit Card must be preserved till the declaration of Recruitment Test Result.
4. You are responsible for safe custody of the e-Admit Card and in the event of any other person using this e-Admit Card, the onus lies on you to prove that you have not used the service of any impersonator.
5. Candidates should note that any omission/ mistake/ discrepancy in encoding / filling in details in the OMR answer sheet, especially with regard to Roll Number and Test Booklet Series Code, will render the answer sheet liable for rejection.
6. Please note that entry into the Venue of Recruitment Test shall be closed 30 minutes before the schedule commencement of the Recruitment Test i.e. 09:00 AM. No candidate shall be allowed the entry into the Venue of Recruitment Test after closure of the entry.
7. Candidates are advised to enter the Venue of Recruitment Test well in time for face authentication/identity verification and frisking.
8. Candidates should note that they shall not be allowed to appear at any other Venue of Recruitment Test except the Venue of Recruitment Test mentioned in the e-Admit Card.
9. Read the 'Time Table and Instructions to Candidates' which are available on the UPSC Website : www.upsc.gov.in on Recruitment Page.
10. Your candidature to the Recruitment Test is provisional. You are expected to maintain decorum and strictly comply with all rules/instructions for smooth conduct of the Recruitment Test at all times.
11. Candidate should not be in possession of or using any mobile phone (even in switched off mode), pager or any electronic equipment or programmable device or storage media like pen drive, smart watches, etc., or camera or Bluetooth devices or any other equipment or related accessories either in working or switched off mode capable of being used as a communication device during the Recruitment Test. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future Tests.
12. Candidates are not allowed to enter the Recruitment Test premises with any bag, baggage, luggage, valuables/costly items, mobile phones, smart/digital watches, other IT gadgets, books, etc. Candidates are advised not to bring banned items as Venue Supervisor will not make any arrangement for keeping these items at the Venue. In case, a candidate brings any such banned items, he/she will make his/her own arrangement for keeping the same outside the Venue and the Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
13. Candidates will be allowed to take with them only the print of e-Admit Card, pen, pencil, identity proof, copies of self-photographs (whichever applicable) and any other items as specified in the Instructions of e-Admit Card to the Venue. No other items shall be allowed to be taken inside the Venue.
14. There will be penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the Recruitment Test.
15. Answers other than those marked by Black Ball Point Pen will not be evaluated.
16. A candidate, whose photograph on his/her e-Admit Card is not clear, will have to bring a photo identity card alongwith two passport size photographs for appearing in the Recruitment Test with an undertaking.
17. Candidates, who have opted for their own scribe, may note that their own scribe will be allowed for the Recruitment Test only with a separate e-Admit Card for such scribe. The e-Admit Cards for the own scribes have been issued in eligible cases.
18. All the candidates are advised that they should visit and confirm their Venue of Recruitment Test at least one day prior to the test.
19. Candidates may reach the Venue of Recruitment Test earlier as face authentication may be done at the Venue.
20. Candidate, who does not produce his/her e-Admit Card for checking, at the allotted venue, shall not be allowed to enter the Venue of Recruitment Test.
21. Candidates are allowed only to carry water in the transparent bottles inside the Recruitment Test hall/room. Any other beverages (including cold drinks) or any eatable items are strictly prohibited inside the Recruitment Test hall/room.
